This lunatic whipped in and out of traffic in his red Mustang and almost clipped me. Just behind him was another racing car, but it was soon revealed to be an undercover officer. The dudebro got pulled over outside the Walgreens I visited, and I exited the store just in time to snap pictures of his arrest.
